What is WhereMyMoney?

How do I add a subscription?
Simply click the "Add Subscription" button in your dashboard, enter the service name, cost, billing cycle, and next billing date. You can also add notes and categorize your subscriptions for better organization.
Can I track subscriptions in different currencies?
Yes! WhereMyMoney supports multiple currencies. You can add subscriptions in any currency, and our system will convert them to your preferred currency for analytics and reporting.
How do renewal reminders work?
Set up email reminders for any subscription. Choose how many days before renewal you want to be notified (3, 7, or 14 days). You can customize reminder settings for each subscription individually.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through Stripe. All payments are processed securely with bank-level encryption.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your WhereMyMoney subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

What's the difference between Free, Basic, and Pro plans?
Free plan includes up to 10 subscriptions with basic features. Basic plan ($1.99/month) offers 50 subscriptions, email reminders, and advanced analytics. Pro plan ($3.99/month) provides unlimited subscriptions, API access, team sharing, and priority support.
Can I export my subscription data?
Yes, you can export your subscription data in CSV, Excel, or PDF format from the Export page. This includes all subscription details, payment history, and analytics data.
Do you offer team or family plans?
Currently, team sharing is available in the Pro plan, allowing multiple users to collaborate on subscription management. Family-specific plans are coming soon!
How accurate are the spending analytics?
